‘Still Movement’ was an interdisciplinary collaboration between Colin Lawson (painter), Chante St Clair Inglis (animator) and Marianne Sice (composer/musician).
This work came about as the result of a commission from Welcome Research Group at Northumbria University. The group invited us to create a piece of ‘sound art’ exploring the relationship between music, art and the brain and how the arts can promote wellbeing. This was screened at Music, Mind and Way of Life Conference at The Sage, Gateshead.
